I was quite excited when this range came into the shop and my expectations have been surpassed. The first thing is a compensated nut on a mid-range guitar - "wow" perfect intonation. I love this range and the tone out of these guitars makes me close my eyes and see visions of 1930's Jack Johnson riffing away. They sound incredible for the money, sharp but not ascerbic to the ear. The mahogany gives a dark rich tone which makes this guitar one of my absolute favourites at this price. Play it at your peril. - Andrew

This model is based on a vintage model of the 1920s. The 613mm short scale reduces the string tension, resulting in the typical attack and sound characteristics observed in many original acoustic blues recordings of that era.
Also available with a solid sitka spruce top and a satin sunburst finish.
