We use currently use a Insured Courier to ship all our consignments and as such a signature will be required for all delivered goods.
Delivery + Stock Availability
Delivery dates quoted by members of staff or on our Web site are indicative and cannot be guaranteed. However; please note that most orders are despatched within 2 working days of receipt of your order, however, all items are subject to availability. The listing of a product on our Web site does not always imply that we are currently carrying stock. If the consumer orders an item that is currently out of stock, the designated Brightonguitars.co.uk branch will notify the consumer by email or telephone. When you place an order to purchase a product from Guitartek.com, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we have dispatched that product to you (the "Tracking & Shipping email"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Tracking & Shipping emaill to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Tracking & Shipping email to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract. Upon receipt of any order and payment details passing additional security checks, Brightonguitars.co.uk will endeavour to despatch goods to the consumer as quickly as possible. Delivery is by Insured Courier on a next day service Monday to Friday. We do not provide a Saturday delivery service except by special arrangement at our discretion. All packages are insured against damage and theft until signed for by the recipient. Damage to goods or short delivery must be notified in writing - preferably email - to both the courier and Brightonguitars.co.uk within 3 working days.
Should this situation arise, the couriers delivery note should be endorsed "Damaged" or "Unexamined". For security reasons, we will only despatch goods to the registered card holder at the registered card holder's address.
Brightonguitars.co.uk will always endeavour to achieve any agreed delivery date but no liability will be accepted for delay in delivery and no warranty is given that goods or services will be supplied on a given date.
One-Price Policy
Brightonguitars.co.uk operate a one price policy. Shop and Internet customers pay the same price. Carriage charges are added to the Internet Price to obtain the shop price.
Please note : You may purchase goods online and then collect from the shop but carriage is not discountable from the price.
